  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried mustard
  • 6 slices white bread, cut in 1 x 1-inch cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean)

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix sausage with bread and distribute evenly in baking pan.

    Throw in Cheddar cheese. Mix remaining ingredients in the blender and pour over bread.

    Pat everything down with your hands.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
