- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. milk
- bacon bits
Directions

1Crumble bacon on top (optional).

2Butter all slices of bread and cut into cubes.

3Lay in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over bread. Cube cheese and throw over it. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
