  • 30 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

    If you increase the amount of butter to 40 g, they'll be moist.

    They'll also still be sweet with just 40 g of sugar.

    Soften the butter to room temperature and mix it with the sugar.

    Add the beaten egg a little at a time, mixing with each addition.

    Mix in the dry ingredients.

    Fill the cups 60-70% of the way, and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C.
