  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, crisp fried and crumbled

Directions

    Layer lettuce, celery, onion, carrots, green pepper and peas in glass bowl.

    Spread mayonnaise over layers, sealing to side of dish.

    Sprinkle with sugar, cheese and bacon.

    Chill, covered, overnight.
