- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 slices bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
Directions

1Layer lettuce, celery, onion, carrots, green pepper and peas in glass bowl.

2Spread mayonnaise over layers, sealing to side of dish.

3Sprinkle with sugar, cheese and bacon.

4Chill, covered, overnight.
