- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 4 c. water
- 2 cans chili beans with chili gravy
Directions

1Brown beef and onions.

2Mix dry ingredients and add to meat. Chop tomatoes and add to meat with the water.

3Heat 15 to 20 minutes, covered.

4Simmer for a long time (at least 5 hours).

5A half hour before serving, add chili beans.

6Serve with bowls of onions and grated sharp Cheddar cheese on the side.
