Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. thin brisket
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
  • 1 envelope beef bouillon
  • 1 envelope George Washington rich and brown seasoning
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 small cans whole potatoes
  • granulated garlic
  • 1 stalk celery, cut up
  • water

Directions

    Place brisket in roasting pan and sprinkle with granulated garlic.
  2. 2
    Using next 3 ingredients, place them in a small bowl and add water to dissolve them and make a solution.

    Pour this solution over the brisket, placing some in the pan.

    Add your soy sauce by pouring over meat and into pot.
  5. 5
    Add carrots, celery and potatoes (if wanted).
  6. 6
    Add water to top of roast.
