Ingredients

  • 1 big black skillet cornbread (homemade)
  • 10 to 12 day old biscuits (homemade)
  • 3 to 4 large onions
  • 3 to 4 qt. chicken broth (saved and frozen)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Crumble cornbread and biscuits in large bowl.

    Add chopped onions, salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Add broth; mix until the consistency of cornbread, maybe a little soupy.

    Cook in shallow broiling pans (2) at 400° until tops are golden brown.

    Will serve large family!
