- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 stick Velveeta Cheese
Directions

1Brown your ground beef and scramble with the onions.

2Once meat is done add 1 can of pinto beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes .

3Don't drain the beans but be sure to drain the tomatoes.

4Once heated evenly on medium heat, add the corn and the brown rice once it has been cooked.

5Last, once everything is evenly heated, add the Velveeta cheese.

6Be sure to slice the cheese into about 1/2 inch cubes, then cover skillet and simmer for about 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and can be stirred into the mix.
