- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. rum flavoring
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Beat, in another bowl, egg yolks, sugar and salt until very thick and lemon colored.

3Stir in rum.

4Fold egg yolk mixture into whipped cream.

5Fold egg whites into egg yolk-cream mixture.

6Chill.
