- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 loaf baguette or any good crusty bread
- 1 fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, dill - optional
Directions

1Wash radishes, trim root end, trim leaves if you like or leave on

2Leave some radishes whole for dipping in butter and salt, or cut in half if large

3Thin slice radishes to place on bread

4Lightly toast bread slices

5If you like, add chopped fresh herbs to the butter, mix well

6Arrange all on a plate
