  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 loaf baguette or any good crusty bread
  • 1 fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, dill - optional

Directions

    Wash radishes, trim root end, trim leaves if you like or leave on

    Leave some radishes whole for dipping in butter and salt, or cut in half if large

    Thin slice radishes to place on bread

    Lightly toast bread slices

    If you like, add chopped fresh herbs to the butter, mix well

    Arrange all on a plate

    Enjoy on a warm summer evening with a nice glass of wine and good friends
