  • 1 1/2 lb. tenderized boneless beef round steak
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry

Directions

    Cut steak into pieces; place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.

    Add mushrooms.

    Blend mushroom soup, sherry and liquid from mushrooms; pour over steak.

    Cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
