- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Stir flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

2Stir in milk and 3 tablespoons melted oleo until dough forms.

3Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.

4Knead 10 times.

5Pat with hands into a 9 x 5-inch rectangle.

6Using a pastry brush, brush rest of oleo on top.

7Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar that was mixed with the cinnamon.

8Roll dough up tightly.

9Pinch edges to seal.

10Cut into 4 equal parts.

11Place cut sides on a greased cookie sheet.

12Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
