  • chocolate syrup
  • english toffee-flavored candy chips

Directions

    Place one layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking pan.

    Spread a layer of whipped topping and the add another layer of ice cream sandwhiches.

    Finish the cake off with another layer of whipped topping, drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkling of Heath chips.
