  • 6 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 c. flour
  • powdered or cinnamon sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • vegetable oil

    Beat whole egg and egg yolks until fluffy.

    Add water and salt.

    Work in flour.

    Roll and knead dough.

    Separate into 12 parts.

    Roll each part into an 8-inch circle.

    Heat 1-inch of oil in a skillet (375°).

    Cook until golden brown on each side.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
