  • 2 rabbits (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cut elephant into small bite-size pieces.

    This usually takes about 2 months.

    Add enough gravy to cover (approximately 500 gallons).

    Cook over kerosene fire 5 weeks at 450°.

    This will serve 4000 people.

    If more are expected, the rabbits may be added but only if necessary as most people don't like to find a hare in their stew!!!!!!
