- 1 large elephant
- 2 rabbits (optional)
- 2 boxes salt (26 oz. each)
- 1 (4 oz.) can black pepper
Directions

1Cut the elephant into bite size pieces.

2(This should take about 2 months.)

3Add enough brown gravy to cover.

4Simmer over kerosene stove at 465° for about 4 weeks.

5Serves approximately 3,800 people, but if more are expected, add the two rabbits.

6This should only be done if absolutely necessary, because most people do not like to find hare in their stew.
