- 2 lb 80/20 ground meat
- 1 1/2 cup Smoked Cooked Ham, finely chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 large Culantro leaves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 2 tbsp Sofrito (recipe on my profile)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients , except onions and oil.

2On the stove, add the onions and oil and cook until onions are glossy.

3Add the meat mix to the pan and cook, be sure to move constantly and break all the big chunks of meat.
