Ingredients

  • 8 fluid ounces olive oil
  • 2 fluid ounces vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt substitute
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
  • 12 teaspoon celery salt
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 14 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Put all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor and process until well blended.

    With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil until it is all thoroughly incorporated.

    Chill thoroughly before serving.
