  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
