- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 dozen tortillas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 can Ortega green chile SALA, chop fine and use juice too
- 1 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken and dice.

2Cut tortillas in 1-inch squares.

3Mix liquids, onion and SALA together.

4Butter a large, shallow baking dish.

5Add juice to bottom of dish, then a layer of tortillas and a layer of chicken.

6Make 2 or 3 layers, ending with the liquid on top.

7Cover with cheese and let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
