- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. large flour tortilla shells
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large jar taco sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion. Drain the grease.

2Mix in a bowl the taco sauce, enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup.

3Mix half of the mixture with meat.

4Take the shells and put 2 spoons of meat. Roll up and push to end of pan.

5Repeat until meat and shells are used.

6Spread cheese across top and add rest of sauce mixture over top.

7Cook in oven until cheese has had time to melt.
