Chocolate Candy Roll

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 sq. chocolate (semi-sweet)
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
  • 3 1/4 oz. coconut

Directions

    Melt chocolate and butter on low heat.

    Cool slightly, then add powdered sugar and the egg.

    Cool more and add nuts and marshmallows.

    Spread coconut out on waxed paper.

    Spoon out chocolate mixture on top of coconut.

    Form rolls and sprinkle more coconut on top.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice and eat.
