- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. salsa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, brown meat.

2Drain and add first 8 ingredients.

3Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Tear each tortilla into 8 pieces.

5In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, make a layer of tortillas, then meat and other ingredients.

6Do the same until all of mixture is used, ending with tortillas.

7Top with cheese.

8Mix milk and cream of chicken soup and pour over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
