Enchilada Casserole

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (regular size)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook hamburger until brown; drain.

    Stir in sauce and soups and cook until hot and bubbly.

    Crush 1/2 bag tortilla chips and place in bottom of rectangular dish.
  4. 4
    Pour mixture on top and top with the rest of the bag of crushed chips and top with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
