- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and garlic in fry pan.

2Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.

3Heat thoroughly.

4Line a greased casserole dish with tortillas (that have been softened slightly by frying in 2 tablespoons bacon grease for flavor).

5Cover with meat mixture.

6Combine soup with milk; pour over top.

7Sprinkle grated cheese over all.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
