- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 doz. tortillas
- 1 can enchilada soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add onion and green chilies.

3Dip 3 tortillas in enchilada sauce and put in bottom of greased casserole.

4Add 1/4 cup meat mixture, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 of diluted soup.

5Continue layers of tortillas, meat, cheese and soup until all ingredients are gone.

6Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top.

7Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.

8Makes 8 servings.
