- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can chili with beans
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1/2 can pitted ripe olives, halved
Directions

1Chop onion and add to ground beef.

2Brown.

3Add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce and water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Put layer of sauce in greased casserole dish, cover with layer of tortillas.

6Cover these with part of shredded cheese and olives.

7Repeat until all ingredients are used.

8Pour chili with beans over top.

9Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until tortillas are soft.

10Serves 6.
