Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.

   Drain.

   Add salt and pepper. Spread beef in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese.

   Mix eggs, milk and biscuit mix until well mixed.

   Pour into pie plate.

   Bake until well browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

   Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
