- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can taco sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 pkg. (12) soft corn tortilla shells
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef and onions in 10 or 12-inch skillet.

2Add all cans of ingredients (5); let simmer.

3In 9 x 13-inch pan, lay 6 corn tortilla shells.

4Cover shells with half the meat mixture. Sprinkle top with cheese, then repeat shells, meat, then cover good with cheese.

5Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
