- 1 pkg. flour tortilla
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground meat
Directions

1Layer 1/3 of tortilla on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (can be torn to pieces). Brown meat.

2Drain. Add enchilada sauce and cream of chicken.

3Heat thoroughly.

4Pour 1/3 of mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese over meat mixture.

5Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with sour cream or plain yogurt.
