- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can chopped chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion. Add chilies and cook 15 minutes. Drain grease. Soak tortillas in enchilada sauce.

2Grease casserole. Place 3 tortillas in bottom. Put half the meat, half the cheese and half the mushrooms on top of the tortillas.

3Repeat for second layer.

4Pour rest of enchilada sauce on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
