  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small bag Tostitos taco chips
  • 1 large can enchilada sauce

Directions

    Brown hamburger and drain.

    Mix in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Layer in casserole with taco chips and cheese. Repeat until casserole dish is full.

    Top with enchilada sauce. Heat in 350° oven until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
