- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. jar taco sauce
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.

2Drain off fat. Add refried beans and taco sauce.

3Mix well.

4In a 12 x 2 x 9-inch pan, fill each tortilla shell; roll and place in pan.

5Fill pan with leftover mix on top.

6Cover with enchilada sauce and aluminum foil.

7Bake 30 minutes at 325°.

8Uncover and add cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes.
