- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, cut up
- 1/3 c. seasoned flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Roll chicken in flour; brown in butter. Heat soup, onion and celery with water in saucepan.

3Put rice in 2-quart casserole.

4Stir in 2/3 cup soup mixture.

5Top with chicken.

6Pour remaining soup mixture over.

7Add salt.

8Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes.

9Sprinkle with paprika.
