- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can taco sauce
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Directions

1Saute beef and onion.

2Drain off fat.

3Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas.

4Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.

5Layer 1/2 tortillas in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole. Add 1/2 meat sauce.

6Layer remaining tortillas, then remaining meat sauce.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly; top with cheese and continue baking until cheese melts. Approximate cooking time:
