  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can taco sauce
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)

Directions

    Saute beef and onion.

    Drain off fat.

    Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas.

    Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.

    Layer 1/2 tortillas in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole. Add 1/2 meat sauce.

    Layer remaining tortillas, then remaining meat sauce.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly; top with cheese and continue baking until cheese melts. Approximate cooking time:
