- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of Cheddar soup
- picante sauce to taste (optional)
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat the first 4 ingredients (picante sauce is optional; will make recipe very hot!), stirring until cheese sauce is smooth.

2Add the chilies and pimentos to the sauce.

3Brown the ground beef; drain fat.

4Remove from heat and add onion and cheese.

5Fill flour tortillas with beef mixture.

6Roll up and place in greased oblong pan.

7Pour cheese mixture over tortillas.

8Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
