- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. 3 oz. can chili
- 1 large finely chopped onion
- 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat; add chili and enchilada sauce.

2Heat together until mixture simmers.

3Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

4Alternate layers of tortillas, chili mixture, onions and cheese.

5Bake, covered, for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350° oven. Uncover the last 15 minutes.

6Let casserole sit at least 20 minutes before serving.
