  • 1 pkg. (8-inch) tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can Pet milk or 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    In large skillet, saute onion until limp, drain and put aside. Brown meat, separated with spatula.

    Return meat and onion to skillet.

    Stir soup and milk.

    Add to meat with enchilada sauce and green chilies
