- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can Pet milk or 1/2 c. whole milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, saute onion until limp, drain and put aside. Brown meat, separated with spatula.

2Return meat and onion to skillet.

3Stir soup and milk.
