- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Place rounded tablespoonfuls of meat mixture and cheese in each tortilla; roll up tightly.

5Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining meat mixture.

6Cover tightly with foil.

7Bake in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.

8After removing from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
