  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 1 bag Tostitos
  • Two 8 ounce blocks sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce

    -Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.

    -Stir in both cans of soup and spices in skillet.

    -Mix well and let simmer.

    -In large casserole dish layer tostitos, skillet mixture, and grated cheese alternately.

    -Crumble tostitos on top.

    -Top evenly with enchilada sauce.

    -Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
