- 2 lb. ground beef
- 12 tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion, peppers and season to taste.

2Dip 3 tortillas into enchilada sauce.

3Place in bottom of casserole dish.

4Add 1/4 layer beef mixture and then layer 1/4 cheese. Continue layers.

5Pour extra sauce over top.

6Bake 35 minutes at 400°.
