  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag Dorito chips
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (Mexican)

    Fry ground beef and onions; drain.

    Add enchilada sauce and cream of chicken soup.

    Heat in casserole dish.

    Crumble chips and layer chips, meat and cheese.

    Make 2 layers and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
