- 1 doz. flour or corn tortillas
- 2 c. chicken, diced or shredded and cooked
- 4 cans enchilada sauce (small cans)
- 1 1/2 onions, diced
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Lightly grease or use Pam on casserole dish.

2Layer corn/flour tortilla, enchilada sauce, cheese, onions and chicken and sauce. Layer until dish is filled.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sour cream.
