- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can (10 oz.) hot enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
Directions

1Combine ground beef, pork sausage, seasoning mix, egg and onion; mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.

2Place meatballs in a large skillet and brown on all sides.

3Drain off fat.

4Combine enchilada sauce, soups and cheese.

5Pour over cooked meatballs. Bring to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

6Serve over rice.
