- 8 ounces enchilada sauce (more or less as preferred)
- 12 onion, diced
- shredded cheese
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- tortilla chips
- tomatoes
- lettuce or spinach
- olive
- corn

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Heat beans and cumin in a small saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes until softened.

3Spread out tortilla chips on a large baking pan.

4Add beans then enchilada sauce, reserving some sauce for drizzling before serving.

5Sprinkle cheese and onions on top.
