- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 medium cans enchilada sauce
- 2 cans white mushroom soup
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain grease; add onions, sauce, soup and olives, cook about 10 minutes.

2Fry tortillas in oil until soft. Layer cake pan with tortillas, layer of meat mixture and layer of cheese.

3Repeat until gone.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
