- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 12 lbs ground beef, browned
- 12 onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can red enchilada sauce (Ole' El Paso)
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam.

2Brown hamburger with onion, drain.

3Add soup and enchilada sauce.

4Tear tortillas in half.

5Place layer of tortillas in bottom of casserole dish.

6Pour half the meat mixture over the tortillas.

7Top with cheese.

8Repeat a second layer.

9Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

10Let rest for 10 minutes prior to serving so the cheese can set up.
