  • 1 (8 ounce) bag chili pods (I use Mojava, brand Pasilla or Ancho.)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lb tortilla, small
  • 2 garlic cloves (I like garlic a lot!)
  • cheese (I use Cheese Onion, Beef & Cheese Enchilada Filling Cheese, Cheese & Onion, Beef & Cheese Enchilada Fillings)
