- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon green enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) canof chopped green chilies
- 6 -8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
Directions

1Fry chicken tenders in oil and mix in enchilada sauce.

2Can either leave whole or shred.

3In a small mixing bowl, combine enchilada sauce, evaporated milk, and green chilies.

4Spray a 9X13 pan.

5Dip flour torilla in enchilada sauce mixture.

6Fill with chicken.

7Roll tortilla and place seam side down in pan.

8Repeat til pan is full.

9Cover with remaining enchilada suace.

10Sprinkle with cheese.

11Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes til hot and bubbly.

12If the recipe will be split into two pans- make 1 1/2 times the sauce, so there is enough for each pan.
