  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat first 3 ingredients in pan.

    Cook ground beef and onion; drain.

    Dip tortillas in sauce.

    Fill with meat and cheese.

    Roll and place in baking pan.

    Top with remaining sauce and garnish with cheese.

    Heat at 350° until heated through, 15 minutes. Makes a lot and is good reheated.
