- 2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 20 corn tortillas
- 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat first 3 ingredients in pan.

2Cook ground beef and onion; drain.

3Dip tortillas in sauce.

4Fill with meat and cheese.

5Roll and place in baking pan.

6Top with remaining sauce and garnish with cheese.

7Heat at 350° until heated through, 15 minutes. Makes a lot and is good reheated.
